"Sig and his team are great. None of us ever like having to deal with filing an insurance claim but between State Farms technology and their personal touch and attention given to the claim by Sigs team we understand even better why we have chosen them and State Farm for our insurance coverage. 2 little scratches, but a whopper of an insurance claim and they didn't even hesitate to tell me to go get it fixed. Now my car is just like new! Thank You Sig and Team!"

"Where as their communications via phone are polite and seem professional. Their response to me not finding my bill listed on their website is intolerable. The only reason I have to communicate with this state farm office, is to pay my bill. Unfortunately , my billing is not listed on their website, so I cant pay via the website and customer portal. I have emailed several times to get my invoices listed so I can pay for my coverage, but all I receive in response , is an email stating that my payment is overdue. Much like the rest of US insurance brokers, this experience is typical. Just like a bad neighbor-- State Farm sucks miserably."

"I switched insurance companies on Friday evening and then by Saturday night at 10 pm my husband had a total loss! Then not even a month later my windshield busted from a rock! They have been so good to us from start to finish! And had my windshield repaired the minute it stopped raining! Thank you Michelle York!"

"Everyone in the office is friendly and extremely helpful. I dropped by without an appointment with questions about some damage to my vehicle. Sig made a point of examining my car and walking me through the steps to file a claim as this wasn't a typical "accident" claim. Just a couple of hours after I filed my claim with the claims office, Sig's office called to check on me and to offer assistance with any issues that might arise."

"I have been with Sig Holcomb’s group now for MANY years-they’ve covered our home, all our vehicles, 4 children’s vehicles as they have grown, and no way would I consider leaving them. They’ve never let me down. Always there, better than a neighbor more like family (or we would not have stayed this long). Only gave 5 star because rating doesn’t go any higher. Liz at State Farm goes above and beyond as Linda always did when she was there. Liz treats you as if you are more than a number and your needs matter, (especially in a crisis).You will never find a better, more devoted, caring, knowledgeable group than these people. "Most pleasurable experience in a long time, was with my previous company for 20 years and it felt like I was a new customer with every phone call... rates just kept climbing... no discounts for additional vehicles and home coverages... Made one phone call and got only one quote... my mind was settled instantly, great explination of benifits, great breakdown of fees and charges, better coverages and a smile to go with it all!! Would highly recommend Sig and Michele if you're in the market!!"
